Delivery preparation period will be received within 1-2 weeks if all the products you ordered are in stock.
If there is no stock, it may take 2-3 weeks as of business day because it will be shipped after re-stocking.
EMS may not be accepted due to covid-19. Also, delivery may be delayed for more than one month.
➜ CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT
It takes 2~3 weeks for custom-made products after payment.
If you order with another product, it will be delivered when the custom-made product is shipped.
(Cancellation and alteration are not possible because we place a build order upon confirmation of the order.)
➜ COMBINED DELIVERY
Combined delivery is not possible due to omission or misdelivery problems.
➜ OTHER
If you return it due to your negligence, such as your absence and failure to receive contact, you cannot refund the return shipping fee.
➜ LOSS
The courier is responsible for accurate inquiry and tracking after the product is shipped.
Due to personal information problems, we are unable to inquire and track in detail, so please contact your local driver.
If you check the loss and leave an inquiry through the bulletin board, we'll help you prepare for the re-sending immediately.
The cost for the lost product will be borne by the courier and us.
